Asharqia Chamber presents its best
regards and informs you of
the receipt the letter of the General Organization for Ports -
King Abdul Aziz Port in Dammam No. (16/2/25586) date (25/11/1438)
refering to the letter of His Excellency the head of the General
Organization of Ports No. (1/1887/1) date (17/11/1433) to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce and
Industry urging traders and importers to expedite the process of clearing
and receiving their containers during the vacation period to prevent their
accumulation in ports.
As a reference to the continuation of the work of the various sectors in the port
during the holiday of Eid Al Adha, which begins at the end of the
day on Thursday (2/12/1438) and ends Saturday (18/12/1438).
The
General Organization of Ports confirms to all importers the continuation
of the procedures for clearing their goods as usual during this period.
